1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Play J's platform, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
You must be located in a jurisdiction where skill-based competitions are permitted by law.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Play J reserves the right to verify age and location at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

3. Nature of Service

Play J provides a platform for skill-based competitions only. The outcomes of all contests are determined entirely by player skill, including reaction time, accuracy, strategy, and decision-making. Play J does not offer:

Casino-style gambling
Sports betting or wagering
Games of chance or random outcomes
Any activity that would constitute illegal gambling in any jurisdiction

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to participate in paid contests.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
One account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Payments and Transactions

5.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your Play J wallet using our approved payment methods.
All deposits are in U.S. dollars.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply.
We reserve the right to reject or reverse any deposit for security or compliance reasons.

5.2 Entry Fees

Entry fees for contests are deducted from your wallet balance.
All entry fees are final and non-refundable except in cases of duplicate charges or system errors.

5.3 Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available balance at any time, subject to identity verification.
Withdrawals may take 3-7 business days to process.
We reserve the right to delay or deny withdrawals if fraud or Terms violations are suspected.
Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply.

6. Contest Rules

Each contest has specific rules, entry fees, and prize structures displayed before entry.
Prizes are awarded based solely on contest performance and rankings.
Play J reserves the right to cancel or void contests in cases of technical failure, fraud, or other exceptional circumstances.
In the event of a cancellation, entry fees will be returned to participants' wallets.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use bots, automated tools, or scripts to gain unfair advantages
Collude with other players to manipulate contest outcomes
Create multiple accounts or share accounts
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Service
Use the Service for money laundering or other illegal activities
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Play J staff
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Geographic Restrictions

Play J uses geo-location technology to restrict access to paid contests in jurisdictions where skill-based competitions are prohibited or restricted. You may not use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent these restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by Play J Enterprises LLC or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without express written permission.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. PLAY J DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAY J SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. Termination

Play J may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason. Upon termination, you may withdraw any legitimate balance remaining in your account, subject to verification.

12. Changes to Terms

Play J may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
